Open Call for Speakers

We are excited to open the doors for applications to the Lead Liftoff Summit to be held October 24 – 26, 2023. 

All topics around lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and converting leads to buyers are welcome.

Speakers should have expertise on their topic, but do not need to have experience as a speaker. Continue clicking through the tabs to find a list of topic ideas.

Our summit is hosted on HeySummit. Selected speakers will be invited to the platform once their application is accepted to give you plenty of time to get comfortable with the platform. 

Marketing assets will be provided as early as possible. Assistance in spreading the word is appreciated, however, there are no minimum marketing efforts required.

Applications are due no later than July 15. You will be notified of your status by July 31. If your topic is already being covered, you will have the opportunity to change topics.

Final presentations are due by September 15, 2023. 

Speaker Benefits

Listings on the event landing page, including a speaker landing page with biography and photo, as well as information about your business and any offers you wish to make

Inclusion in marketing materials before, during, and after the event

 Full Summit access including free All-Access Pass

Marketing and promotional assets – to include html email files, social media graphics, and other pre-event marketing materials

At least one email to our audience encouraging them to sign up for your list with a link to your opt-in page or landing page of your preference

We would love to be able to pay speakers and if pre-summit sponsor fees and ticket sales are adequate to make that happen, we will offer a small speaker fee.

Event Details

 

Event Dates: October 24-26, 2023

Main Purpose: Attendees will learn techniques and strategies to ensure a steady supply of qualified leads to promote business growth.

Tuesday Theme: Demand gen / content marketing topics

Wednesday Theme: Lead gen topics

Thursday Theme: Nurturing leads from opt-in to sale

Session Structure: Speaker sessions are 20 – 40 minutes long. You may address questions on the day of your presentation at your convenience. If possible, please make yourself available for questions during your session.

The audience for the Lead Gen Liftoff Summit in 2021 gives us insight into the attendees and the information they are looking for.

Our target audience is entrepreneurs, startup founders and teams, small business owners, and freelancers. 

We have a survey in the field and will add more information on specific topic requests when the survey results are collected and finalized.

  • Any topic around lead gen funnels
  • Social media marketing
  • Tools & tech that help with the above topics

Day 3 - Thursday, October 26

On Day Three of the summit, we’ll be showing our viewers how to nurture all those lovely leads into buyers. 

Suggested topics include but are not limited to:

  • Voice of customer data collection
  • Voice of customer analysis
  • Neuromarketing & persuasion techniques
  • Buyer journeys

  Process for Making Speaker Selections

As a speaker, your top priority is to bring value to our audience. To help ensure that, your proposal will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  1. You have an established record working in the area of your expertise
  2. Your proposed presentation is relevant to our audience and original to you
  3. Your presentation offers actionable advice and has a specific area of focus
  4. The title of your presentation is specific, engaging, and lets the audience know what they can expect
  5. You have provided a clear description of your presentation with an outline of major topics you will discuss
