Motivate your buyers to take action with the words right from their mouths using voice of customer research

During the workshop you will:

  • Define your ideal customer or buyer
  • Build a lookalike audience if you have no customers or a small customer base
  • Determine where your customers or lookalike audience hang out
  • Gather data on provided form – or you can incorporate my suggestions into your current form
  • Walk through step-by-step process for analyzing data
  • Find meaningful relationships in your qualitative data even if the amount you collect isn’t statistically significant
